The pressure used will be light to moderate and adjusted for your comfort. Major health benefits are emotional wellness, decreased stress (decreased cortisol levels), improved circulation (decreased blood pressure, blood sugar and edema) and feelings of well being. This massage is used to promote wellness and disease prevention.

Medical Massage should be chosen when your goal is to reduce pain, tightness or dysfunction of a specific area as well as to facilitate healing after injury or surgery! We will be addressing deeper tissues but pressure will still be adjusted for your comfort as much as possible. This massage will be focused on your individual needs as opposed to receiving a full body massage. I specialize in treatment of disorders of the head, neck, shoulders, arms and back.
