Swedish Massage - The goal of this massage is turning off that "fight or flight" system! Experience increased ease of movement, decreased muscle tension, and feel relaxed and refreshed and improve your overall health!
The pressure used will be light to moderate and adjusted for your comfort. Major health benefits are emotional wellness, decreased stress (decreased cortisol levels), improved circulation (decreased blood pressure, blood sugar and edema) and feelings of well being. This massage is used to promote wellness and disease prevention. This can be a full body session as well as limited to areas of your choice ex. Neck and shoulders only or back and feet only, etc. Please call or text with questions!

Medical Massage should be chosen when your goal is to reduce pain, tightness, stiff joints or dysfunction of a specific area as well as to facilitate healing after injury or surgery! We will be addressing deeper tissues but pressure will still be adjusted for your comfort as much as possible. This massage will be focused on your individual needs as opposed to receiving a full body massage. I specialize in treatment of disorders of the head, neck, shoulders, arms and back. You can use your HSA account to pay for this and I recommend getting a Dr. referral as this will waive Sales Tax for you!
